The Nastia AI Affiliate Program maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Use. This page explains how to report issues and what happens when a report is filed.
1. WHAT TO REPORT
Please report any of the following:
— Fraudulent traffic: fake registrations, bot traffic, click fraud, cookie stuffing, attribution manipulation.
— Spam: unsolicited messages promoting Nastia AI via email, SMS, messengers, comments, or forums.
— Brand bidding: affiliates bidding on "Nastia", "Nastia AI", or related trademarks in paid search campaigns.
— Misleading promotion: ads or content that misrepresent Nastia AI's features, pricing, or purpose.
— Terms violations: any activity that violates our Terms of Use.
— Security concerns: vulnerabilities, data leaks, or unauthorized access.
2. HOW TO REPORT
Send your report to any of the following:
— Email: partners@nastia.ai (include "Abuse Report" in the subject line).
— Telegram: @nastia_partners (mention it's an abuse report).
Please include as much detail as possible:
— The affiliate or link in question (URL, promo code, username).
— Screenshots or evidence of the violation.
— Date and time of the observed activity.
— Your contact information for follow-up.
3. INVESTIGATION PROCESS
Upon receiving a report:
— We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours (business days).
— Our team investigates the claim, which may include reviewing traffic logs, antifraud signals, and creative materials.
— The accused affiliate is not notified of the reporter's identity.
— Investigation typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on complexity.
4. POSSIBLE OUTCOMES
— Warning: for first-time minor violations, the affiliate receives a warning and must correct the issue within 48 hours.
— Commission hold: pending commissions may be frozen during investigation.
— Commission forfeiture: confirmed fraud results in voiding all unpaid commissions.
— Account suspension: temporary or permanent, depending on severity.
— Permanent ban: for serious or repeated violations. Banned affiliates cannot re-register.
5. APPEAL PROCESS
If you believe your account was actioned in error, you may appeal within 14 days by emailing partners@nastia.ai with subject "Appeal". Include your affiliate ID and any supporting evidence. Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days.
6. ANTIFRAUD MEASURES
Our automated systems continuously monitor for:
— Abnormal click-to-registration ratios.
— Suspiciously fast registration patterns.
— Datacenter and proxy IP traffic.
— Device fingerprint clustering.
— Commission velocity spikes.
— Geographic anomalies.
Automated flags trigger manual review — no affiliate is penalized based solely on automated detection.
