Welcome to the Nastia AI Affiliate Program ("Program"), operated at nai-partners.pro. By registering as an affiliate ("Partner"), you agree to these Terms of Use. 1. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION You must be at least 18 years old to participate. By submitting an application, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to reject or revoke any application at our sole discretion. 2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Program offers a lifetime revenue share model. Partners earn a commission (up to 70%) on net revenue generated by users they refer to Nastia AI. Commission rates may vary based on volume and are communicated by your manager. "Net revenue" means the payment amount after payment processing fees. 3. PARTNER OBLIGATIONS You agree to: — Promote Nastia AI only through lawful means and in compliance with applicable advertising laws. — Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law. — Use only approved creatives or creatives that do not misrepresent the product. — Not engage in prohibited traffic methods (see Section 5). — Not create misleading impressions about the product's functionality or purpose. 4. TRACKING AND ATTRIBUTION Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links and promo codes. A user is attributed to a Partner based on the last-click model. We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by the user's browser settings, VPN, or third-party software. 5. PROHIBITED TRAFFIC The following traffic sources are strictly prohibited: — Brand bidding (bidding on "Nastia", "Nastia AI", or related trademarks in paid search). — Incentivized or motivated traffic (rewards, cashback, or payments for sign-ups). — Spam in any form (email, SMS, messengers, comments, forums). — Cookie stuffing, click injection, or any form of attribution fraud. — Traffic from malware, adware, or toolbar installs. — Misleading ads that impersonate official Nastia AI communications. — Any traffic that violates the laws of the user's jurisdiction. Violation of this section results in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and potential permanent ban. 6. PAYOUTS Payouts are processed weekly. Available methods: USDT (TRC20, ERC20), Bitcoin, Capitalist, bank wire (SEPA), card. Minimum payout thresholds: $20 (crypto), $100 (bank/Capitalist). We reserve the right to delay payouts for fraud review (up to 14 business days). Commissions on refunded or charged-back transactions will be voided. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY You may use Nastia AI trademarks, logos, and approved creatives solely for promoting the Program. You may not modify trademarks or use them in domain names, social media handles, or app names without written permission. 8. TERMINATION Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination: — Earned and approved commissions will be paid within 30 days. — Attribution of new users ceases immediately. — You must remove all Nastia AI promotional materials. We may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice in case of fraud, Terms violation, or prolonged inactivity (180+ days with zero traffic). 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Program is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions paid to you in the preceding 3 months. 10. MODIFICATIONS We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. 11. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. 12.
